Hinderance in effective working:
Sometimes, customer's ask for price which is even below our
manufacturing cost. We don't doubt it is impossible but, It'll surely
come from a compromise (raw-material/quality/process-involved) & at
LIFTECH, we will only compromise if our customer's need us to.
Being a Manufacturers our pricing will include time & labor
required for each step-involved in delivering a finished product. For
E.g, If we manufacture a Stub-Axle , we will need to prepare its die
first & then install it into a machine which would consume same time
for 1Piece or 1,000 Pieces.
So, more the quantity better is its price!
FOR NEW CO-OPERATIONS:
it gets difficult for us to provide samples before order (generally for
forged-articles, 'because of its tooling' or due to 'non-availability'
of raw-material for small quantity) & as a resolution we always
advise/ask/request our customer's to order first and check samples, by
themselves (which will be sent by us, for seeking approval) before
shipment. For customer's satisfaction after ordering, We update our
customers with pictures/samples of their product or tools.
Once sample is approved, shipment can be-followed in few days.
WITH EXISTING CUSTOMERS:
have devoted ourselves and have been working for your satisfaction day
& night. We feel bad, when our customer's leave even w/o stating any
for us, primary reason for customer to leave us could be Quality, Price
or Delivery-Schedule & if any one of it is becoming your problem,
